About the Company Our client is a large utilities company located in Melbourne's inner west, seeking an experienced individual to fill the pivotal role of an Interim Assistant Corporate Secretary. You would be working directly with Corporate Secretary, and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) members, as well as Chairs of the Board and each Board Committee., and the larger company. This role involves coordinating and managing the preparation of all Board and ELT meeting papers and packings, taking minutes, following up agenda items and contributing to company-wide governance policies.
