Job Description: Interior Designer – Product Co-Ordinator
In this role, you will find yourself working in a fast-paced environment working on multiple projects from the sign up to completion. Meetings with clients are conveniently held in our Belconnen based offices with minimal travel required.
Clients and suppliers come to us! Weekly client update meetings will be conducted on zoom.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Exterior colour selections
- Documenting selection, sourcing, and specifying of all fixtures and fittings including tapware, joinery, tiles, timber, lighting etc.
- Completion of detailed FFF&E Schedule
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house project management
- Sourcing all specified fixtures and finishes.
- Most importantly keeping clients up to date with their project selections
The Product Coordinator position is to assist customers in selecting and documenting all the components and inclusions that will go into a project allowing the customer to have a positive and enjoyable experience. This will include managing the flow of project information between the team, yourself and customers through regular meetings, written communications and maintaining positive relationships with customers and suppliers
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- A passion for helping clients
- Studying or studied Architecture, Interior Design or a related degree
- You will be proactive in making phone calls and will be an effective listener with a developed skill of asking probing questions.
- Great communication skills
- You will be able to follow processes and pay great attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Excel spreadsheet skills

The position would require making the coordination and delivery of customer’s project inclusions a positive and enjoyable experience. Continually developing and using systems that are effective and efficient for a customer’s experience.
