Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparing tax statements, financial statements, and BAS statements
- Involvement in dealing with different taxes
- Delegate and review junior/grad accountants work
- Engaging and interaction with clients and client facing position
- Preparing and lodging tax returns and financials for different types of businesses including companies, trusts, partnerships etc.
- Pathway for growth in the team to take on more responsibilities and managerial exposure.
- CPA/CA Qualified or part qualified
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 2-3 years experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice in Australia
- Preparation of Financial statements, BAS & Tax returns
- Exposure and knowledge with Xero, MYOB & Microsoft
- Excellent communication skills and some experience liaising with clients
- Self-driven, proactive and results focused
- Exposure working in a mid-tier & high performing environment.
