About the role
This is a busy, hands-on role where your technical expertise and experience in civil construction are highly valued. You will be based in our Perth office and have an opportunity to assist with managing projects throughout Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
Your role is critical to ensuring our customers are happy and our projects are delivered to the quality and standard we are renowned for in our industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved with projects ranging from tens of thousands to several millions.
Some of the day-to-day activities involve but are not limited to:
- Preparing tenders and quotes, including cost calculations
- Setting and meeting productivity and cost targets
- Providing sales and technical support
- Customer and supplier liaison and negotiation
- Liasing and negotiating with customers
- Ensuring quality control
- Managing projects from inception to completion
- Managing contract and supervising sites
- Engaging and managing stakeholders
Ideally, you will bring or have:
- You hold a tertiary qualification in civil engineering
- Bring the drive and determination to see a project through to completion
- Be commercially astute with demonstrated ability in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and influence
- Be an outstanding communicator who thrives in a process-driven environment
- Hold a current driver's licence and OHS Induction card
- Be are willing to travel
