As the Internal & Change Communications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our partner's Risk Culture Program. Immerse yourself in the intricacies of planning and executing internal and Change Communications strategies, ensuring the seamless deployment and integration of their risk culture program.
Position Accountabilities:

• Develop and deliver targeted, behavioral change communication strategies.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications, Group Risk program team, and other key players.
• Execute communication action plans across the organisation.
• Drive adoption of change with practical, scalable solutions.
• Maintain killer stakeholder relationships, minimising change resistance, and maximising engagement.
• Create clear and concise communications for diverse audiences and channels.

Qualifications and Experience:
We are looking for a game-changer, with qualifications in communication, change management, or a related field you will be set up well to take on this opportunity. If you've got a background in risk management and corporate governance within financial services, that's a big plus. Show off your expertise in change and communications management, and wow with your top-notch written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle internal stakeholders with confidence are a must. You’ll also have the confidence and support to make decisions and be comfortable with taking accountability.
