Address The role:
The Internal & Change Communications Specialist, Risk Culture Program will take responsibility for planning and executing the change management, training and communications activities to support the effective deployment and embedding of the risk culture program across Auto & General, Compare the Market and iSelect.
This is a 12-month fixed-term role and will be based in our Toowong Head Office.
Accountabilities:
Reporting to the General Manager - Employee Experience, Communications & Community and a dotted line to the Group Chief Risk Officer, you will:
Plan and execute activities and deliverables to support change delivery.
Develop, execute and embed program deliverables through change management communication and engagement strategies and plans.
Deliver practical, scalable solutions that will successfully engage people and drive the adoption of change.
Create strong, clear and concise communications for varied audiences and channels.
Maintain excellent stakeholder relationships, acting to minimise change resistance and maximise employee engagement and enable effective communication.
Seamlessly embed the Risk Culture program into the existing A&G, CTM and iSelect
Create training plans in conjunction with A&G’s Learning and Development team to educate stakeholders and prepare them for the change.
Coordinate and/or facilitate the implementation of these plans to ensure that appropriate training is provided to employees, leaders and other role-specific employees.
Knowledge and experience:
Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in change management, communications or business/people-related fields.
Experience in working in risk management, corporate governance and regulatory compliance environments in a financial services environment.
Strong change and communications management experience in financial services or similar.
Demonstrated ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
Change management methodology qualification or experience.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to work autonomously, prioritise and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and respect for confidentiality.
