Your new role
In this role you will provide support and assistance in all internal control and governance activities, as well as maintain compliance across all aspects of the business.
- Safeguard internal control measures and risk assessments
- GAAP / IFRS accounting policy controls
- Prepare FCPA and SOX reporting
- Reflect current corporate guidelines and best practice across all teams
- Adhere with SOX compliance, Internal Controls monitoring and disclosures regimes
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree qualified with a CPA or CA qualification
- Experience within large corporate companies with overseas (US preferred) headquarters.
- Experience of SOX and audit process
- Strong communication and engagement skills
