Place Estate Agents are looking for a dynamic Internal Recruiter to join our Human Resources team and play a critical role in our internal hiring processes. Located in our Head Office, you will work closely with our Human Resources Team to source, screen and hire quality talent for all role types across our 16 Brisbane offices. We are ideally looking for a candidate with relative recruitment experience who possesses strong interpersonal skills and the natural ability to tailor their approach to the varying role types across our business. Experience in real estate is preferred but not necessary.
As Campaign Recruiter, you will be responsible for:
- Working with the HR Coordinators in taking briefs from the client, strategising and constructing effective recruitment campaigns for all vacancies
- Conducting initial screenings and phone interviews, documenting outcomes, and making candidate recommendations
- Engaging in proactive recruitment strategies, including headhunting, talent pool creation and candidate nurturing
- Manage and update candidate databases, maintaining ongoing relationships with potential hires
- Collaborate on recruitment-focused projects and support the HR team with ad hoc tasks as needed

- Technology literate, with strong documentation and record-keeping abilities
- A collaborative and approachable personality, with an ability to work calmly under pressure
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), JobAdder experience is advantageous
- The ability to quickly assess people’s character and suitability to our offices
- Commitment to confidentiality and integrity in all dealings
