ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our strategic plans for growth and expansion means 'People' are and will be our most critical component and your role as recruiter, will focus on the delivery of quality, timely and efficient placement of talent within our operations across Australia.
This is a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. We will consider part-time options, minimum 32 hours per week.
You will enjoy a breadth of positions to recruit end to end, including trades, corporate services, engineering and management - ensuring you are continually challenged and learning new things.
Key aspects of the role include:

• Providing full function recruitment services across a broad range of positions and locations.
• Establishing and maintaining strong internal and external client/candidate relationships.
• Involvement in local, regional and national recruitment campaigns and activities (including annual apprentice and graduate programs).
• Involvement in the review and analysis of our recruitment processes and systems for ongoing process improvement.

You'll be part of an outcomes focused team and you'll need to be comfortable working in a busy, high-volume environment and be able to demonstrate an ability to work autonomously, display drive and initiative and creative thinking on a day-to-day basis.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this fast-paced role you will possess:

• High volume in-house or agency recruitment and/or resourcing experience
• Well-developed interpersonal and customer service skills.
• High level organisation skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive approach along with a natural ability to use your own initiative to solve problems.
• High-level attention to detail, particularly in regard to administrative processes.
