We’re a national recruitment company who specialise in the mining industry across Australia. With our team growing across our 5 branches, we are looking for a HR Advisor who understands the recruitment industry to grow and develop our teams throughout the business.
Working closely with the leadership team, recruitment and sales teams across all states, your duties will include:
- Headcount | All internal recruitment – Responsible for headcount for entire business to align with our growth plans
- Training | All new starter training to get them up and running for their first 3 months to become commissionable
- Development | Work with the recruitment team on becoming sourcing experts
- Injury Management | Liaising with our candidates and clients from injury to return to work
- Experience in HR or Recruitment
- You have experience with internal recruitment and understand the importance of keeping the team within headcount and building strong relationships with potential candidates
- Have a passion for people and are always looking for new ways to develop the team
- You love to train and get the best out of your team
- You enjoy being part of a team who work hard and have fun along the way to help our sanity, especially with a beer (or a few wines) on a Friday afternoon
- Be part of the success with days off for recognition of success and 1 extra day leave every year of service, so by 5 years you will have 5 weeks leave
