This role will help ensure all our team are well-informed, motivated, and united behind AIA’s purpose, vision, and strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for internal company correspondence, content, and messaging.To do this successfully you will:
- Develop and deliver a communications strategy and plan aligned to the internal communications narrative.
- Responsible for the management of key internal communication channels, weekly e-newsletter, digital screens, and AIAs Intranet.
- Produce a variety of communications materials, including presentations, announcements, articles, and others as required for these internal communication channels.
- Support the delivery of key internal meeting forums, including Enterprise Town Halls, Livestreams, Enterprise Leadership Team (ELT) meetings, People Connect, and others.
- Support preparing, reviewing, and editing CEO presentations, reports, speaking notes and written communications to ensure effective internal communication of CEO’s agenda and vision through all internal forums.
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to listen and consult with stakeholders across all levels.
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent in journalism, communications, public relations, or marketing.
- Proven experience in a similar role with relevant transferable skills.
- Experience working in strategic communications –distilling complex messages across multiple channels and stakeholders is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing impactful communications strategies for varied audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in complex stakeholder environments and larger, complex organisations.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining partnerships, advocacy and influencing across organisations.
