Responsibilities of this role
- Work within a team to help grow sales in the different market segments
- Follow up on leads generate quotes as needed with the intent of closing the sale
- Develop new and existing customers to understand their needs and match our products and services to meet these needs
- Maintain a comprehensive database of clients and prospects, with follow-up actions, using CRM Microsoft Dynamics
- Systematically follow up each prospect to create the dynamics leading to the best outcomes for both parties, using process selling techniques
- Create and maintain excellent relationships with existing customers through regular contact
- Attend trade shows and actively participate in promotion of products as required
- Compile list of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from business directories, trade shows, the Internet, and other sources in a CRM
- Investigate and resolve customer problems together with Internal Sales team
Skills needed for role
- Relevant experience in Sales and a consistent track record of achieving sales targets and goals
- Degree/Diploma/Trade qualification is desirable
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills
- Good computer skills - experience in Microsoft 365/CRM and SAP or similar an advantage
- Professional mature approach and business acumen.
- Ability and desire to learn about new products and services
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Technical skills and knowledge an advantage - however training available
- Willing to learn
