Veolia ANZ is seeking an Internal Sales Consultant to join our Environmental Services team based in Keysborough 3173. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for sales and a drive to achieve targets. As an Internal Sales Agent, you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll be responsible for
Attend to incoming customer Sales and Retention based calls
Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders
Manage a variety of customer queries including; operations, quotations, subcontracting, price increases, complaints
Support internal stakeholders with campaigns
What you'll need to be successful
Previous experience within a sales or customer service role required
A supportive, ambitious team player determined to succeed in your KPI's
