With a strong commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic individual to join us as an Internal Salesperson.Position Overview: As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and supporting our customers with their pump-related needs. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.Responsibilities:Customer Relationship Management:Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to understand their pump requirements and provide tailored solutions.Communicate regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and upsell additional products and services.Sales Development:Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the pumps market.Collaborate with the external sales team to coordinate sales efforts and maximize revenue.Product Knowledge:Develop a deep understanding of our pump products and stay informed about industry trends.Provide technical information and assistance to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.Quoting and Proposals:Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on customer requirements.Create comprehensive proposals that showcase the value of our pump solutions.Order Processing:Manage the end-to-end order process, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.Work closely with logistics and operations teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues.Qualifications:Experience in sales along with an engineering background (highly desirable)Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly grasp complex product information.Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Benefits:Competitive salary and commission structure.Comprehensive health and retirement benefits.Opportunities for professional development and advancement.A collaborative and innovative work environment.At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
