This is a great opportunity to start in an office based technical sales position with a career path to external sales. In your new position you will work closely with other experienced sales support consultants learning our highly regarded Safety products and services. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with a highly diverse range of clients including those having a part in our sustainable energy future.
Your role:
Join the immediate team of 20 people including 2 Sales Support Consultants. In your new position you will utilise your customer service experience and promote Drägers Safety products & services in this technical sales opportunity.
In your new role, you will increase sales and maximise our customers experience together with the following:
• Respond to customer or stakeholders’ enquiries over phone and email
• Prepare and communicate detailed technical quotations for our customers
• Offer add on services such as rental, service & training
• Contribute towards the creation of tenders and contracts and ongoing supply
• Work with Microsoft Dynamics CRM to manage your customers, leads & opportunities.
Who you are:
You will be passionate about providing excellent customer service and interested in developing your sales ability. To be able to become a champion in this position you will have:
• Strong customer service skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
• Ability to work closely within a team;
• Ability to learn how to read and understand technical documentation, diagrams and comprehend technical problems;
• Have the desire and ability to become skilled in sales techniques.
