We are currently looking for a full time Internal Junior Sales Person in our VIC office. Knowledge of CCTV/Intercoms or Electronics is an advantage, but not desirable. Work in a supportive environment with a company dedicated to providing an opportunity to expand your skills and knowledge.
The successful applicant is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, be a self-starter and proactive, the ability to work independently, but also in a team environment. A friendly positive attitude, reliable, energetic and a willingness to learn along with strong verbal and written communication skills a must, as well as have fun at the same time. If you are committed to work in a sales focused and a team orientated environment, this role maybe for you.
The Internal Sales functions are a pivotal part of the business providing sales and customer service to both trade customers and external sales people to assist in ensuring the company's success, working within a close knit team environment.
Your Duties & Responsibilities include, but not limited to –
- Customer service and counter sales
- Answering phones and general inquiries
- Liaising with customers via phone, email or face to face
- Develop a relationship with existing and new security trade customers
- Assist in providing customer quotes and receiving orders
- Support the sales and management team
- Deliver a high level of customer service
- Recording and reporting activities
- Maintaining high standards at all times
- Be willing to tackle a variety of jobs on a daily basis
