Following recent mergers and continued growth, they are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join the team as an Internal Sales Executive for the Southern Gold Coast operations.

As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be the frontline representative of the company, responsible for winning and securing business from incoming calls. Your ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and close deals will be crucial to your success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound calls from prospective clients, business and domestic, and actively engaging with them to promote our services and secure new business.
- Quoting customers immediately and providing information about the rapid response service
- Quickly build rapport with the customers, establish needs and address inquiries and ensuring you close the deal there and then, winning the work for the company.
- Ensure terms of agreement meet customer needs while maximizing profitability for the company.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and ensure project team are full informed for rapid response.
- Collaborating with the internal team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
We are seeking a candidate with a strong sales background and a passion for delivering results and proven track record of closing deals.
Key requirements include:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and engaging demeanor.
- Strong objection handling and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Availability for full-time work, Monday to Friday) including out-of-hours coverage as required, as part of your role. (This will be on a roster basis utilising a mobile phone, as the business operates until 9pm)
