This position is an internal position and will be based at our head office at Brendale on Brisbane's north side and we are looking for the right candidate for a start as soon as possible.

ROLE
Internal Sales - Technical Support – Customer Service
We are looking for a permanent full-time Internal Sales Representative to be part of our team.
Reporting to the Managing Director and a important and valued member of our Service team, your role is primarily to support our Distributor base with:
- Assistance with incoming sales calls and email enquiries.
- Providing technical information and solutions to customers
- Prepare sales quotations to Company standards and conduct all follow up activities.
- Identify and Maximize Sales opportunities
- Enjoy the culture of a dynamic and growing Customer Service sales team.
- Build relationships with our distributor base.
- Exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional Customer Service while building and maintaining positive customer relationships
- Offer our Distributors company provided Training and Marketing support to our distributors
- Provide Customer Service support by liaising with our office team to provide or follow up on queries
- Update and maintain CRM records
The role is an on-site at Brendale, in the northern suburbs of Brisbane, Monday to Friday - full time role.

About You:
- Highly competent in problem-solving.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence buying decisions.
- Strong time management. Must be a Self-Starter
- Experience in relationship selling B2B to distributors, in the Industrial, Safety, Mining & Civil industries will be well regarded but not essential
- The ability to interact positively with all levels of the workforce, operational staff, and management
- You must be results-oriented, using your initiative to make things happen, with a commitment to meeting activity targets and deadlines
- Computer skills / Computer literacy – MS Office (required)
- You must have the right to work in Australian
- A current driver’s licence
