The role:
We are looking for highly sales oriented Internal Salespersons to join our national sales team in Seven Hills, New South Wales. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to customers. Also, supporting the external sales and the workshop with their product needs.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be a highly sales and customer service orientated person with high communication skills to be able to grow and establish the Company’s reputation with new and existing customers.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Hydraulic, Transport, Mobile or Industrial sectors.
- Dealing with inbound/outbound phone and email enquiries
- Responding to customer technical enquiries
- Processing sales orders
- Preparing, developing, and following up customer quotations.
- Supporting external sales and operational teams.
- Building professional relationships with new customers.
- Assisting with trade shows when required
- Generating sales by identifying customer requirements and recommending solutions.
What we are looking for from you:
Qualifications/education requirements:
- Min 2 to 3+ years’ experience preferably within hydraulic, transport, Mobile or Industrial sales (PTO’s, pumps, valves, controls etc.)
- Relevant technical experience in applicable areas would be desirable.
- Industry training accreditations would be advantageous.
Essential skills:
- Well-developed customer service skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Demonstrable interpersonal and communication expertise.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
