If you enjoy working with clients, solving problems, have a technical aptitude and computer literacy we would love to hear from you.
You are passionate about the customer experience and enjoy providing support from enquiry to follow up, understand the importance of good administration and have attention to detail.
What you don’t know, you learn fast, and you adapt to change easily. You are a team player, exceptional communicator (written and verbal) and enjoy a laugh.
If you are looking to get into sales let’s talk - training will be provided.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing customers with product, technical and after sales support. The opportunity exists to work across a number of market segments across the globe with some really cool products. You will build strong and loyal relationships with our customers and your responsibilities will include the following:
- Be our first point of contact on the phone, email and with walk ins.
- Manage sales enquiries regarding product information, pricing, availability, delivery schedules.
- Entering orders.
- Creating and maintaining the customer database.
- Provide customer support and follow up on quotes.
- Daily collaboration with the broader sales team and other departments as required.
- Educate clients about new features and products.
- Provide feedback to the business on product and business performance.
- Work as part of a team and contribute to our mutual success.
