Key Responsibilities:
As an the Technical Internal Salesperson, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with customers to find suitable solutions and products
- Managing incoming sales inquiries via phone and email
- Efficiently processing orders
- Building strong customer relationships to ensure retention and loyalty
- Developing formal quotations
- Maintaining stock control
- Participate in client meetings
You will collaborate closely with a small and friendly professional team who are truly passionate about delivering top-notch customer service.
Qualifications and Experience:
To succeed in this role, you will require a technical background in Engineering or Hydraulic Sales to offer the expert advice and support required.
- A qualification in Mechatronic / Mechanical Engineering OR
- 3 years' experience in the hydraulics industry.
- Salesforce experience (Desirable)
