Due to an internal promotion, my client needs to add an Internal Sales / Customer Service Officer to their team. This is a dynamic and challenging office-based position where you will:
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Attend to customer enquiries, quotes and follow-ups
- Review and process orders
- Prepare internal reports
- Provide production department schedule specifying manufacturing requirements for orders
- Assist the Sales Manager with the creation and distribution of price list
You will be, an energetic and positive individual who is looking to take on a role with continual training opportunities. To be successful in this role you will have:
- Intermediate MS Office Skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Office 365
- Internal Sales experience in a technical environment
- The ability to multi-task and learn technical information
- Friendly and professional phone manner
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
