Role Overview:
As an Internal Sales Representative specialising in Piping Systems and piping solutions, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the divide between my client’s esteemed clientele and their dynamic sales team. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding customers through the sales process and supporting project cycles to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to comprehend their piping system needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Leverage your technical prowess to assist customers in selecting the most appropriate products for their projects.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to craft and execute effective sales strategies.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Provide ongoing support to customers, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, product advancements, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the piping industry, with a solid understanding of piping systems and related products.
- Exceptional technical aptitude, capable of grasping complex engineering concepts and communicating them effectively to customers.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within a B2B setting.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
