AddressHardy Spicer supply, manufacture and repair driveshafts, hydraulic hoses and hydraulic fittings. We are looking for someone with a mechanical or hydraulic background that wants a change. The position involves assessing and quoting on workshop jobs, processing customer orders, via email, phone and over the counter.
Our successful team at Hardy Spicer in Townsville go above and beyond to achieve sales targets and provide solutions to our customers.
The ideal applicant for this role would be someone with a mechanical background, or previous sales experience, a great work ethic, who can thrive and learn within an experienced team.
What your day looks like?
- Process orders via phone and email
- Assess and quote driveshafts
- Provide customer service- counter sales and via phone
- Attend to general and sales enquiries
- Assist with pick packing orders
Who are we looking for?
- Mechanical aptitude or an interest with our industry
- Experience in Customer service and sales
- Ability to multitask and priorities your workloads.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written)
- Computer literate at an intermediate level
- Team player to support other areas when required
