The Role:
This is a key sales role in the business and the first point of contact for our customers. You will ensure customers needs are met to the highest level, while supporting the external sales team and wider business with all customer service requirements.
The Role
- Provide excellent sales service and ensure the customer needs are met and that all interactions with customers meet the Hynds / Hygrade Water service standards. A high level of technical competence with our products will be required in order to meet customer expectations.
- Provide Internal Sales support for the external team. Liaising on other sales activities and quote follow-up and amending as required and preparing for contract fulfilment activities as appropriate.
- Work with the sales team to establish the product solutions required and assemble a commercial and accurate quote to a high standard. Creating a schedule of products and providing supporting technical material may be required.
