About the role

The position of Sales Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting our Sales Coordinator Team, on a day to day basis with operational matters. They will require exceptional attention to detail, ability to delegate tasks, prioritise the work provided in a high paced work environment and the confidence to make decisions that benefit the company.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Act as the first point of contact for our customers and clients
• Assist in the uptake of additional tasks as per the business needs
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
• Ensure backorders are under control and invoices regularly followed up

About you

Your ability to work in a team environment, have a curious mindset towards problem solving and excellent customer service skills will see your success in this role. You will also possess:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience working in administration / sales processing / customer service
• A high degree of accuracy in data entry and strong attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills and dedication to follow through
• A good knowledge of JB Hi-Fi product range
• Confident, energetic and self-motivated individual
