About you
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a positive, motivated, and driven Internal Salesperson with a can-do attitude. Our comprehensive onboarding program will teach you all the product and systems knowledge you need!
Your broad responsibilities will include
Provide a high level of face to face and telephone communication with customers.
Increase sales through relationship building, promotion of LSC products and service.
Build customer support and loyalty by producing continuous and high-level customer service.
Identify sales opportunities by suggesting new/alternative products.
You will bring to the role
Demonstrated experience in an Internal Sales role.
A good telephone manner demonstrated patience with customers and the ability to understand problems communicated by telephone and the capacity to clearly articulate solutions by phone to customers who may have minimal levels of computer literacy.
Excellent personal presentation skills – grooming, voice, and confidence.
Excellent communication skills and the patience to listen and understand customer’s needs.
Competent keyboard and computer skills.
Able to demonstrate a commitment to the highest level of Internal Sales.
Has demonstrated ability to organise their own time efficiently and is able to work to deadlines and established targets.
