We’re seeking a Inventory Accountant - Cin7 who is looking for flexible hours. We are seeking 20-24s hours a week with the potential for full time in the future if wanted. This could be split over 3-5 days.
What you’ll be doing:
- Be the Cin7 champion of the business.
- Implement, maintain the Master Data records in Cin7's system, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Implement data quality standards, policies, and procedures to proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies, anomalies, and integrity issues.
- Continuously assess and improve Master Data management processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency, productivity, and data quality.
- Develop training materials, documentation, and guidelines to educate users on Master Data management best practices, standards, and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, operations, finance, sales, and marketing teams, to understand data requirements, address data-related challenges, and support business objectives.
- Provide ongoing support to address user questions and concerns.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports to assess data quality, identify trends, and provide insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Lead and manage the Outsourced team on trade payable to meet quality and timing requirements, ensuring AP functions ran properly
What we’d love from you:
- Degree, Diploma in Accounting or IT
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Meticulous mindset with a focus on data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent documentation skills & strong time management
- Experience with ERP systems - Cin7, Xero
