Inventory And Procurement Officer

As the Inventory and Procurement Officer at Addicted To Audio and based in our Epping Head Office, you will be highly motivated, energetic, highly organized with detail-oriented and the ability to work independently and part of a team. 

Reporting to the CEO  & Operations Manager, this role will be responsible for maximizing inventory levels, shipments, forecasting, price lists, as well as:

• Maintaining vendor price list
• Maintaining retail pricing across all products are updated
• Manage stock performance and levels through its lifecycle in the business
• Create Brands SKU's
• Maintain data integrity through all lines
• Assist the marketing team with promotions in store and online and also all Embargo
• Meet and exceed KPIs, such as DIO and DIFOT
• Facilitating oversea import logistics
• Assist with stock replenishment processes, including stock ordering, spare part ordering and fulfillment ongoing. 
• Processing of import documentation - collating commercial invoices and shipping documents. 
• Warranty with vendors 
• Management reporting and quarterly business reviews

The person we are looking for:

• 5 years+ experience in a similar role
• Experience using ERP and inventory management software 
• Exceptional Excel skills 
• High attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills. 
• Exceptional time management to juggle, multiple tasks, priorities, and to stay organized and on top of deadlines. 
• Sound commercial and financial acumen
• Strong understanding of product management, stock holdings and inventory management
• Demonstrated ability to maintain and work within a budget
• Interest in the audio industry an advantage
• Experience within a luxury environment an advantage
