- Working with and reporting directly to our CFO and General Manager, using your Inventory expertise and strategic mind to inform and assist with making high level business decisions that drive the business forward into even greater growth.
- Permanent Full time roll. Early start, early finish hours. 7am – 3pm

THE ROLE: Based out of our Brendale Qld, Head Office.
- Day-to-day inventory operations.
- Purchase order management and stock rotation.
- Inventory analysis & forecasting to affect positive change and facilitate further growth.
- Supply chain management, inclusive of supplier management to ensure steady supply of materials and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Lead & Manage stocktake procedures and implementation.
- Maintain and further develop effective systems and procedures of internal procurement controls.
- Effective and concise use of our ERP system (Cin7)
- Complete timely, transparent, and robust reporting to meet internal stakeholder requirements and the management team.
WHAT DO YOU NEED:
- Tertiary qualifications in inventory management or a similarly related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in inventory management.
- Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably within a Medium/Large organisation.
- The ability to look at a businesses inventory requirements strategically and assist with making impactful decisions.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- High level of commercial acumen and professionalism.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Experience with Cin7 Core or similar ERP systems beneficial but not strictly necessary.
- A continual improvement approach to internal systems and processes.
- Professional attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
