We are in search of a highly motivated and skilled Inventory 3PL Coordinator to become a valuable addition to our team. As an Inventory 3PL Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing transport planning, 3PL order fulfillment, and stock management. Leadership qualities are crucial for success in this dynamic position.
Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Planning transport routes as needed
- Ensuring accurate picking, packing, and labeling of all 3PL orders
- Timely preparation of orders for dispatch
- Addressing stock issues with appropriate measures
- Managing the availability and ordering of 3PL consumables based on requirements
- Conducting delivery driving if necessary
- Leading and supervising warehouse team members as required
- Providing excellent customer service
- Receiving stock according to purchase orders
- Inspecting stock for damages and discrepancies
- Maintaining and managing accurate records
- Coordinating and organizing transfers
- Loading and unloading stock from vehicles
- Opening and closing the warehouse
- Holding a forklift license
- Truck license (MR) considered a bonus
