Inventory Coordinator

Proclinical is seeking an experienced Inventory Coordinator on a 6 month contract. This role is crucial within the company, focusing on inventory management and planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with vendors, managing material orders, and analyzing inventory requirements. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel.

Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with vendors for material requirements and placing material orders.
- Confirming deliveries and goods receipt in SAP.
- Analyzing and maintaining inventory requirements in collaboration with stakeholders such as manufacturing, warehousing, QA, QC, and 3PL warehouse.
- Completing compliance forms and import permit applications.
- Writing and amending SOPs, work instructions, and other documents.
- Providing support to the organization for issues with vendor products and services.
- Performing a variety of project-related tasks to support the Supply Chain team.

Requirements
- Previous experience in inventory management or planning.
- Medium to excellent Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Experience in using SAP for inventory management.
- Ability to write and amend SOPs and other documents.
