Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an Investigations Assistantfor an immediate start, to work within our established team based at our head office in Alexandria. This is an integral role in the operations of the factual investigations division and requires the successful candidate to have an understanding of the insurance industry.This position is suitable for applicants seeking a casual role.
The Role:
- Being the first port of call for all enquiries both internal and external;
- Updating our valued clients on the progress of all matters;
- Assisting investigators with field enquiries and case administration;
- General insurance investigations support;
- Coordinating meeting room hire and travel bookings;
- Data entry and administration within our database;
- Drafting correspondence for internal and external distribution; and
- Other administrative support tasks required.

- Mandatory - excellent customer service focus and dedication;
- Mandatory - intermediate to strong computer skills (Microsoft Office);
- Experience, exposure and/or an interest within a relevant industry (insurance, factual investigation or legal);
- Scheduling and appointment setting experience is highly desirable;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills;
- Ability to thrive under pressure;
- Provide current police clearance upon commencement;
- Have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
