The Role
We are seeking Factual and Surveillance Investigators for Personal Injury (Workers Compensation, Public Liability & Motor Vehicle Crash and General Insurance (Motor Vehicle/Property) investigations.
Applicants should be qualified and preferably experienced, although consideration will be given to providing training to suitable applicants. If you don't have the industry experience a higher emphases will be placed on life skills and maturity.
Applicants without a current licence or the ability to immediately get one (must hold a Certificate III in Investigative Services),will not be considered for a substantive position.
Essential Requirements - Insurance Investigations
- Certificate III - Investigative Services
- Current WA Investigators Licence
- Current Drivers Licence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Polite and confident manner
- Computer literacy- Internet, Email, Word, Excel
- Good typing skills
- An understanding of insurance industry legislation and investigative techniques applied to same
- Factual equipment - laptop, portable printer, digital camera, measuring tools
- Surveillance equipment - suitable vehicle and camera recording equipment
