The role
MusicAustralia is on the lookout for a dynamic Investment and Program Manager. You’llbe the driving force behind crafting and executing programs and projects thatignite the continuous growth and longevity within our music ecosystem. Yourjourney will involve not just building robust connections with key players bothwithin and beyond the industry, but also orchestrating strategic manoeuvres toguarantee the success of Music Australia’s initiatives.
PioneeringInvestment Programs and Projects
Developand deliver investment programs and projects aimed at fuelling the growth andsustainability of the music industry.
Buildingstrategic partnerships
Buildand nurture relationships with a range of stakeholders, leveraging theseconnections to identify and capitalise on opportunities aligned with MusicAustralia’s goals.
Navigatingthe path forward
Provideexpert advice and direction to steer initiatives towards success, ensuring theymake lasting impact on the contemporary music landscape.
Impactfulcollaboration
Workhand in hand with internal stakeholders to ensure our programs and processesare finely tuned to meet industry demands.
EfficientSecretariat Management
Oversee thesecretariat function for Music Australia Council meetings, facilitatinginformed decision making and strategic planning.

We are looking for someone whois deeply tuned into the Australian contemporary music scene. You should be skilledat managing programs and projects from crafting plans to evaluating outcomes.Your communication skills should be top-notch, whether you are writing reportsor networking within the industry. Building relationships is your forte, youcan collaborate like a champ within and outside the music world.

- 2-year opportunity (full-time)
- Salary of $118,337 per annum + 11% superannuation
- Flexible working hours
- Hybrid work arrangement (two days’ work from home and three days on site)
