AddressWe are working exclusively with a prominent real estate private equity firm specializing in lower mid-market private companies, focusing on management buyouts, turnarounds, active real estate, and buy and build transactions.
This role entails active portfolio management and investment decision-making, including providing support to portfolio companies and transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting valuation analysis, financial modelling, capital management, and investment underwriting
- Managing due diligence work streams and executing deals
- Analysing strategy and business performance for improvement, including identifying and extracting synergies
- Handling both private and public market transactions, including direct real estate investing
- Originating debt as part of funding investments
- Conducting private capital equity raisings for fund launches, recapitalizations, and reorganizations
- Preparing presentations for stakeholders
- Drafting investment committee papers
- Researching investment opportunities
- Communicating with investors
Requirements for the Role:
- A relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Ideally, 1-2 years of investment experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
