About the Role:
They are seeking an Investment Operations Manager to assist with their growth plans. The Investment Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of investment and fund operations, including internal processes and monitoring external service providers such as the loan administrator, fund administrator, and registry provider.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the fund accounting and registry services provided by external fund administrator and registry provider for funds and SPVs.
- Ensuring execution & settlement of fund-level trades (e.g. FX hedging, exchanged rated instruments, listed bonds).
- Key point of contact with external service providers, and to monitor their KPI against agreed SLAs to ensure deliverables are met timely and accurately.
- Review all loan information within the Investment Portfolio Models ensuring up to date and accurate information, including investment cash flow movements, amendments, defaults, changes in rates.
- 5-10 years of relevant middle-office or operational experience within a funds management environment.
- Private markets background highly preferable.
- Experience with implementing efficiency and operational process improvements, such as automated reconciliation, VBA, Power BI.
