We are partnering with a leading Fund Manager specialising in Private Markets. This firm are dedicated to delivering exceptional financial solutions to their growing client base and are looking to expand their Investment Operations team with this newly created senior role to work closely alongside the Director to play a critical role in the efficient running the investment & loan operations department.
This role is a blend of Investment Operations, Loan Operations and Fund Accounting Oversight. I'm looking for someone who is ready to step into a senior role and not afraid to implement changes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Overseeing loan Operations andInvestment Operations processes (cash flow movements, rate changes, unit pricing, FX hedging)
- Assisting the investment and execution teams with borrower queries as a point of escalation
- Support with the implementation of new loan and operations systems
- Oversight for the third party vendor relationships (Fund Accounting and unit registry)
- Review all cash management, loan management and middle office processes
Skills & Experience
- You must have a thorough understanding of the investment and loan operations landscape
- 5 years minimum experience from funds management industry in Operations
- Hands-on, forward thinking and innovative mindset
- Experience with implementing operational process improvements (VBA, Power BI)
- Advanced Excel and proficiency in other systems (Titanium)
