Our Specialist Advice and Portfolio Management firm is seeking an experienced and professional ‘Investment & Planning Assistant’ with a strong focus on client service and compliance.

Our Sunshine Coast based firm is independently owned and provides specialist advice to high net worth Private Clients located locally and abroad.
Role will include:
- Assist with portfolio trades (Shares/Managed Funds)
- Production of client advice/reports/communications
- Database Management (including Iress-IPS/FactSet)
- Conduct research and analysing securities / data
- Client liaison (verbally/email communication)
- Administrative tasks
- Projects
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Experience with Industry software (Iress-IPS/FactSet)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically a strong understanding of Excel & Word) and macOS
- Exceptional communication skills
- Efficient Time Management skills
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Ability to engage and complete set tasks
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Positive attitude and ability to contribute to a small team environment
Experience in financial markets and regulations, project management and report construction would be preferred.
We anticipate this role to commence in early April.
