Job Description:
We're seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant with expertise in Investment Property Sales and client relations. Our unique approach involves selling top-tier investment properties sourced directly by our director, often sight unseen, akin to off-the-plan sales.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery sessions with clients
- Understand demand-supply dynamics and loan-to-deposit ratios
- Proactively prospect and manage client database
- Oversee sales lifecycle from initiation to closure
- Host prospecting and discovery events
- Collaborate with clients and in-house brokers to assess borrowing capacity
- Guide buyers through their Investment Property decisions
- Schedule strategic client appointments
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record in Real Estate Sales
- Holds a Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Ability to build rapport effortlessly
- Driven by sales targets and financial rewards
- Willingness to travel interstate for business meetings
