Expanding our footprint McGrath Riverina are looking for the right person to grow and take care of our Property Management in Wagga.
The Investor Consultant role is about “helping people who are trying to create wealth through property investment”. It's an exciting role where you will see projects through from start to finish and where you can make a real difference!
Key Tasks/Responsibilities
- Maintain an accurate up to date prospective Client database
- Qualify prospective Clients
- Follow up prospective Clients on database
- Target existing Agency Clients for conversion of business held with competitors
- Work closely with the sales and strata teams for leads and opportunities
- Be active in building relationships with local businesses, tradespeople and community in general
- Negotiate fees and services with prospective Clients in line with Agency standards
- Arrange promotional programs for the department in consultation with management
- Reverse market with other Divisions in the Agency
- Monitor competitors in marketplace
- Conduct appraisals and presentations
- Conduct new Tenancy Sign Ups
- Manage enquiries and applications from prospective Tenants.
- List available property for rent and provide regular accurate feedback to relevant parties
Required Skills/Experience
- Current Registration - Class 2 or Assistant agent Licence
- Current Drivers Licence
- Knowledge of relevant legislation
- Computer literacy
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong customer service focus and skills
- Willing to take responsibility
