Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with existing clients to grasp their needs and business objectives thoroughly.
• Act as the primary liaison for clients, promptly and professionally addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to formulate and execute effective strategies and solutions tailored to meet clients' specific requirements.
• Harness data and insights to pinpoint growth opportunities and guide strategic decision-making for clients.
• Anticipate and proactively address potential issues, ensuring timely resolutions to uphold client satisfaction and retention.
• Contribute to the development of compelling proposals, presentations, and reports, showcasing the value of our services to clients.
• Remain abreast of industry trends and market developments, offering clients the most pertinent and innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience as an Account Manager, preferably within a strategic consultancy or creative agency environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating the establishment and maintenance of strong client relationships.
• Possession of a strategic and analytical mindset, enabling the effective utilization of data to drive decision-making.
• Strong organizational prowess and meticulous attention to detail, crucial for adeptly managing multiple client accounts.
