Working as part of an experienced finance team, this role will add value through providing invoicing support for their major clients.

Your Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your role will involve:
- Daily and weekly invoicing (high volume) using a specialised ERP system
- Assisting with weekly and monthly reporting
- Liaising with clients as required and dealing with queries
- Working closely on major accounts
- Administration support for the wider team
- Updating client details
- Data Entry
- Ad hoc finance administration
- Filing
- Report generation for clients
Your Profile
You will have exposure to a high volume invoicing role previously and have excellent communication skills. You will have a keen eye for detail and accuracy and pride yourself on your proactive attitude and efficiency.
Experience working within the transport industry will be highly regarded however not essential.
Due to the location, you must have access to your own transport as you cannot access the site without a car.
