Form of workOur client who are one of the world's largest food product processors and manufacturers are seeking an Invoicing Clerk to join their team at their site in Wahgunyah.
The successful candidate will provide invoicing and administrative support to the Distribution Manager and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate with operations, collate, record and update paperwork / software systems accurately to ensure. complete auditable tracking for deliveries and customer expectations on deliverables / Invoicing / Pallet Assets.
- Managing and responding to all stakeholder queries in timely and efficient manner.
- Update data and create Purchase Order requests.
- Coordinate and facilitate documentation for transport carriers on site.
- Issue paperwork and allocate to appropriate transport company.
Key skills and attributes required for the role:
- Willingness to work 1-week morning, 1-week afternoon (rotating shift).
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a freight / transport / warehouse industry.
- Operational experience and an understanding of Supply Chain processes.
- Intermediate to advance Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Possess good communication skills, good time management and prioritisation skills.
- Can demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced, highly charged environment.
- Ability to work cross functionally and engage varying stakeholders.
