A new opportunity at Asset Survey Solutions has become available on a full time, permanent basis. Based in Altona North, the Invoicing Clerk will be reporting to and working closely with the General Manager. This role would suit someone who has had experience in an admin-based role and is comfortable with data, excel and Myob.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Managing the sales invoicing process with customers, accurate and timely processing of project claims.
- Liaise with project managers to create accurate job costings and invoices
- Generate and distribute invoices for customer accounts in a timely manner in line with deadlines
- Provide customer support with all key stakeholders
- Processing and maintaining progress reports including job profitability analysis.
- Other projects as directed by the General Manager
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 3 - 4 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to liaise with colleagues, management, stakeholders and clients clearly and concisely.
- Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Proficient in MYOB Advanced – desirable
