Position

Hydratec is seeking applications for a motivated, hands-on Irrigation Technician who will be required to install centre pivot & lateral move irrigators for horticulture and acre farming community. No experience required as training is provided on building machines, this position is available to anyone, all you need is a great attitude, be honest, hard working, strong work ethic, self driven and able to work as part of a small team.  Preference of either having a HR Licence or willing and able to obtain one ASAP. 

Overview of the Role:

• Assemble Valley centre pivot & lateral move irrigators
• Repairs of crashed machines
• Install & test run of diesel/electric motor pump sets for irrigation system
• Installing of mainline
• Shared service of driving truck from site to site.
• Service call outs & troubleshooting of Valley centre pivot & linear move irrigators
• Operating of various machinery

Successful applicant will need:

• Current Drivers Licence Essential
• Current HR/MC Licence Preferred or willing to obtain ASAP 
• Willing to travel for training and work as and when necessary
• Good eye for detail and problem solving
• Ability to work in a close nit team
• Quick Learner
• Has a strong self-starter approach with a "Hungry Attitude"
