Work as an ISU Billing & Invoicing Functional Consultant with a leading IT Consulting firm based out of Melbourne.
Responsibilities and Skills required include:
- Good understanding of Utilities Meter-to-Cash process.
- Hands on experience of SAP ISU Billing & Invoicing process
- Thorough understanding of exception, BPEM and Print workbench.
- Good understanding of Integration with other SAP ISU modules, external applications.
- Understanding of the ISU Batch processes.
- Thoroughly understand the various aspects of a BAU / Service Management process; understanding of IT SLA process.
- Conversant in working in Service Management Tool
- Good communication both verbal and written.
