Responsibilities and Skills required include: Good understanding of Utilities Meter-to-Cash process. Hands-on experience of SAP ISU Device Management, Metering and Market Interaction. Thorough understanding of exception & BPEM handling. Good understanding of Integration with other SAP ISU modules, AEMO, Market participation, external applications. Understanding of the ISU Batch processes. Thoroughly understand the various aspects of a BAU / Service Management process; understanding of IT SLA process. Conversant in working in Service Management Tool Good communication both verbal and written.
