Description
As a Change Manager with our utilities client, you will lead initiatives aimed at driving organisational change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our client. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to implement strategic initiatives, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support the adoption of new technologies, processes, and organisational initiatives within the energy sector.
- Lead change management efforts for large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Identify potential risks and barriers to change and develop mitigation strategies to minimise disruption to operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess change readiness, identify training needs, and develop communication plans to support successful change adoption.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives, gathering feedback and making adjustments as necessary to drive desired outcomes.
Profile
- 5 years as a change practitioner
- Proven experience as a Change Manager or in a similar role within the utilities sector or related industry
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Delivered organisation change across projects
- Delivered both technical change and business change projects
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner
- Strong analytically and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering value
