DESCRIPTION
As a Partner Development Manager, you will manage various aspects of the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for some of our most exciting ISV partners across APJ. You are an accomplished individual with a strong background in coselling, field engagement, and marketing collaboration.
You will lead in developing and executing annual strategic plans, and building strong executive relationships. You must demonstrate an ability to build trust, and own complex, strategic initiatives while establishing best practices and operational excellence. You deliver results by creating scalable mechanisms, mitigating long-term risks and drive operational excellence.
Key job responsibilities
· Together with the overall alliance team, define and execute a GTM plan to help our most strategic technology partners transform and grow their businesses for SaaS and Cloud.
· Orchestrate different resources within the AWS organization to support co-selling and GTM activities and create/ maintain a long-term, scalable joint GTM model that drives partner and customer success.
· Collaborate with sales and partner teams to qualify, develop, and execute vertical and horizontal campaigns to generate new business opportunities across APJ
· Build regional and vertical field collaboration and be the "Go To" resource to ensure key high-profile joint sales opportunities are sourced, developed and closed.
· Drive sales execution across activities, including coordination of lead generation-related and joint sales enablement activities between the ISV partners and the AWS field organizations.
· Lead regular pipeline reviews to ensure pipeline information is thorough and accurate according to AWS' sales cycle stages. Hold business reviews with both ISV and AWS sales teams to identify best practices and lessons to be learned.
· Broker internal resources, tools, references and/or investments needed to execute on the business plans in order to help meet the set goals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of a combination of business development, sales, and/or product management experience in the software/technology industry.
- Bachelor's degree is required; concentrations in either business or computer science preferred.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Past experience working for a large Cloud Enterprise in Product Management, Product Strategy, Digital Advisor, Cloud Business Development (Not Sales) roles
- Demonstrated experience in creating Product modernization strategies and roadmaps, SAAS commercial models, launching and growing products in commercial markets, understanding of product lifecycle desired
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following: Advisory, Product Launches, SaaS business models, Product Innovation, Industry Solutions
- Experience and comfort level interfacing with Senior Enterprise Leaders ( C, level and VP level)
